"As a service lifer, who has committed an entire career to serving people in extraordinary ways, it is oh so exciting when you receive the same quality of care in return. I admit I have extremely high expectations, and a need for the details, and know what it takes to deliver that. I try to be a clear communicator, and like the same in return, but I rarely ever receive that. Deborah is one of the first Realtors that I have ever worked with that communicated in the ways that work for my personality type. She adjusted to our needs, and it was impressive to watch. Subtle things you may not think are important (like time zone awareness, or how to trickle the info in so it is not overwhelming etc.). Then there is the hustle. Perspective - we found, viewed, made an offer, inspected, then closed it all in 30 days. That would not have happened if Deborah were not lockstep with us - it was manic, and crazy, but she was cool calm and collected throughout. She always made us feel like we were her most important priority. Then there is the above and beyond part. Deborah, without being asked, got us multiple bids for items she knew we would need to know. She drove down to the city offices to gather intel that she knew we needed to make an informed decision. Or the fact that she brought us cheese and crackers and drinks because she knew we would be tired and hungry after travelling all day. She represented us like she was representing a family member - caring, kind, and savvy. Then there is the above and beyond beyond beyond part (ha ha) - because I loved the experience with Deborah and the Aloha Sotheby's International Realty team, I asked her to help me find a Realtor for our property in Texas. I interviewed multiple, but we chose her recommendation (and you know what - she's already delivering an excellent quality of care). The quality of the contacts for anyone she gave us throughout the process were top tier. From her Principal Broker Debi Au (who gave sage advice and considered the entire picture - a first for us), the Title Guaranty Escrow team and Karl and the Top Notch Home Inspection team and everything in between, Deborah surrounds herself by quality humans. We weren’t sure we could make it work. Deborah made the process easy though. She helped connect us with mortgage financing options and walked us through the process all the way through closing. We were relocating from Texas and had to sell our home there which took several weeks and she went above and beyond to help us arrange yard care, home cleaning, and pool service until we could move in.
